END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Important:
This is a legal agreement between you and Vorwerk & Stengel GbR. By installing or using this Software,
you acknowledge that you have read and understand this license agreement and agree to be bound by the
terms of this agreement. If you do not understand or do not agree to those terms, you may not use,
install or distribute the software and you do not get a licence under this agreement.
1. License
Freeware-Software
This license agreement permits you to install and use the software on one or more computers. The
license is free of charge. There is no technical support or maintenance for this product.
Shareware-Software
This license agreement permits you to use one copy of the Software on
only one computer at a time. You will receive a key code when you
purchase the Software. The key code will enable you to activate the
Software after an initial thirty (30)-day evaluation (shareware)
period. You have no permission to relicense, reproduce or distribute a
key code except with the express written permission of Vorwerk &
Stengel GbR.
2. Copyright
The software is owned by Vorwerk & Stengel GbR or its suppliers and code are the valuable trade
secrets of Vorwerk & Stengel GbR and its suppliers. The software is protected by German, EU-States
and United States copyright laws and international treaties.
3. Limitations on use
It is not allowed to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise
attempt to discover the source code of the software.
4. Distribution
You are allowed to distribute this software, but only with the original installation program.
Your distribution must not have/make any changes on the original content of this software
(e.g. files), license agreement or installation procedure. You are not allowed to sell this software,
despite the resonable price for the distribution media (e.g. CD-ROM) and your efforts for building a
shareware/freeware collection.
5. Limited Warranty
This program is provided as is without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including,
but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
Vorwerk & Stengel GbR or its suppliers does not warrant that the functions of the software will meet your
requirements or that the software will be error free. The authors shall not be liable for any damages
suffered as a result of installing, using or distributing this software.
You acknowledge that the software ins not intended for use in
- (a) On-Line control of aircraft, air traffic, aircraft navigation or aircraft communications; or
- (b) in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear, biological or chemical facility; or
- (c) in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any power plant; or
- (d) in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any building or bridge
- (e) in hospital and any other medical equipment; or
- (f) in all areas, where live - either human or animal - is possibly - either direct or indirect - in danger; or
- (g) in all areas, where software bugs could cause material or immaterial damages or losses.
- (h) in scool or university tests or any other tests
This includes, that the software must not be installed or used on computers which are used in one
or more of the mentioned areas above.
6. Governing Law and General Provisions
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Germany and the EU-States. If any part of this agreement
is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the agreement, which
shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
