1. Versions

a) When will the next shareware version be released?
This is not known at the moment. Registered users do have the right to download minor updates within 1 year after payment date without additional fee.

b) Is there a freeware version available?
Yes. In the freeware-version, you will find the scientific calculator is available as well as the function-plotter, limited to f(x)-functions.

c) Will there be a version for Handheld PCs, too?
No. There are not enough Handheld PC's, so it does not worth the huge amount of work.

2. Installation / De-installation

a) How to install RealCalculator
Simply start the downloaded installation executable file and follow the instructions.

b) How to deinstall the freeware version of RealCalculator?
If you have downloaded and installed the freeware-version of RealCalculator before first january 2003, you have to delete the files manually using the explorer of your PocketPC.
Otherwise, go to the option dialog of your PocketPC, select the "Remove programs" icon and select RealCalculator from the list of installed programs.

c) How to deinstall the shareware version of RealCalculator?
Go to the option dialog of your PocketPC, select the "Remove programs" icon and select RealCalculator from the list of installed programs.

d) PocketSetup Setup message: "Generate the setup before run it"
This message is shown during installation if there was an error during downloading the installation executable. Please download it once again.

3. Buying RealCalculator

a) Where can i buy Realcalculator?
At the moment RealCalculator can not be buy, because a complete new version is in progress.

b) I have bought RealCalculator but the Key does not work
Please enter the key and your username exactly as written in the email which was send to you, including capital letters and other signs as '-'.

c) I have bought RealCalculator but did not get an answer within 24 hours
Please send a message to the firm you have bought RealCalculator. Usally, they are very fast. If this email is not answered, please get in contact with us about our contact formular .
