Rules of the game

It seems to be very simple: just sort the numbers so that they are in the correct order (left to right and top to bottom). But believe me: that is not so easy!

In the image above, at the left side you can see a very simple 3 x 2 matrix. Just one turn of the right 4 circles counterclockwise is needed to come to the solution at the right side.
In the pitch you can select the direction (either clockwise or counterclockwise), and by clicking near the cross the 4 circles will be turned.

The game starts with a 3 x 2-matrix and just 1 drill is neccessary, but pretty soon you will get to a 5 x 5 matrix with infinite number of drills needed.
